Phases of Our Design Process

Phase 1

Discovery

Let’s connect! An initial discovery call helps us learn about your project and see if we’re the right fit. This is a great chance for us to chat about your project ideas, design tastes, and any challenges you might have. We’ll listen to your vision and discuss the scope of work, your timeline, and budget.
If we are the right fit for your project, we will schedule a 2-hour pre-paid in-home consultation where we get to know you, explore your style, and discuss how you want your space to feel.

Phase 2

Budget Review & Quote

Now that we understand your goals, we begin building the foundation of your design.

Phase 3

Design Presentation

Here’s where your vision starts coming to life. We present your complete Project Proposal

Phase 4

Trade Day

We schedule an in-person walk-through with our team of trusted trades —contractors, painters, and more to review the space and overall design goals.
After finalizing the project details with our trades, we will make revisions if necessary, before any construction begins.

Phase 5

Ordering & Installation

With final design approvals in place (1 revision included), we take care of the logistics so you don’t have to.

Phase 6

Final Reveal

The moment you've been waiting for! Your finished space is revealed, fully styled, and ready to enjoy. You’ll receive a personalized Project Binder with care instructions, product details, and maintenance tips to help you love your home for years to come.
